DPA One API Access Request Form

Thank you for your interest in DPA One API.  Sellers must complete and sign this form to Freddie Mac to obtain system-to-system (“S2S”) credentials for the API, which will enable them to access DPA One via a S2S call and response method.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE: This form and its terms and conditions (“Form”) must be electronically signed by an individual whom the Seller has empowered to legally bind it to the terms and conditions set forth herein (“Authorized Representative”).

PROCESSING TIME AND CREDENTIALS: Please allow at least two (2) business days to process your DPA One API registration request.  If your request is approved, we’ll send an email with your organization’s authentication credentials.  Authentication credentials are tracked at the organization level, and only one set is needed per organization.

As a duly Authorized Representative of the above-identified Seller, I hereby certify and agree that (1) my act of clicking on “Submit” below constitutes my electronic signature on this form, by which I intend to be bound, (2) my electronic signature shall be as binding, valid and enforceable as my original written signature on a paper original of this form, (3) the information entered on this form is true, complete and accurate, and (4) the Freddie Mac Single‐Family Seller/Servicer Guide (“the Guide”) governs Seller’s access to and use of DPA One, provided that, if applicable, the Program Information License Agreement between Freddie Mac and Seller and not the Guide governs Freddie Mac’s use of information about Seller’s down payment assistance program transmitted to DPA One or otherwise made available to Freddie Mac.
