DPA One API Access Request Form

Thank you for your interest in DPA One API. Entities must complete and sign this form to Freddie Mac to obtain system-to-system (“S2S”) credentials for the API, which will enable them to access DPA One via a S2S call and response method.

Electronic Signature:
This form and its terms and conditions (“Form”) must be electronically signed by an individual whom the Seller has empowered to legally bind it to the terms and conditions set forth herein (“Authorized Representative”).

Processing time and credentials:
Please allow at least two (2) business days to process your DPA One API registration request. If your request is approved, we’ll send an email with your organization’s authentication credentials. Authentication credentials are tracked at the organization level, and only one set is needed per organization.

Seller/Servicer Users: If you are accessing DPA One through or as authorized by a Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer, you agree that the Freddie Mac Single‐Family Seller/Servicer Guide (“the Guide”) governs your access to and use of DPA One, provided that, if applicable, the Program Information License Agreement between Freddie Mac and your organization and not the Guide governs Freddie Mac’s use of information about your down payment assistance program transmitted to DPA One or otherwise made available to Freddie Mac.

All Other Users: If the foregoing statement does not apply to you, you agree that the freddiemac.com Terms and Conditions, accessible at https://www.freddiemac.com/terms (the “Terms and Conditions”), govern your access to and use of DPA One subject to the following Supplemental Terms (as defined in the Terms and Conditions): you may print, download and transmit the search results you generate using DPA One for internal business purposes, including sending the results to your customers and (ii) if applicable, the Program Information License Agreement between Freddie Mac and your organization and not the Terms and Conditions governs Freddie Mac’s use of information about your down payment assistance program transmitted to DPA One or otherwise made available to Freddie Mac.

If you are a party to the Related Third Party Agreement (“RTPA”), then notwithstanding any provision therein to the contrary, the Terms and Conditions and not the RTPA govern your access to and use of DPA One. If you are accepting the Terms and Conditions on behalf of your company or organization, the agreement is between Freddie Mac and the company or organization you represent. In such case, you represent and warrant that you have the full legal authority to bind the company or organization you represent to the Terms and Conditions. If you do not have such authority, do not accept the Terms and Conditions.
